3D Printing Services

EVERGREEN’s industrial-grade 3D printers can help you achieve rapid prototyping. You can choose from a wide range of materials, including plastic, aluminum alloy, carbon steel, and more.

In the early stages of a project, you can use 3D printing to manufacture parts and verify their structure and performance. This can effectively shorten the product development cycle and save a lot of money on mold making and modification.

What is 3D Printing?

3D printing is a manufacturing method that converts digital 3D models into actual parts. 3D printing is a type of additive manufacturing, and its manufacturing process is a process from 0 to 1.

To use 3D printing to manufacture parts, we first need to use computer-aided design software to create 3D models or use 3D scanning to obtain data from physical objects. Then, we use specialized software to generate instructions for layer-by-layer printing. You can imagine this as “cutting” the part into many thin slices (0.1-0.5 mm) and then using a 3D printer to fuse them layer by layer with a laser, eventually building up the shape of the part.

3D Printing Services

Our 3D printing services can provide convenience for many customers, whether it is for early-stage research and development or sample production. Furthermore, there is no need to make molds, allowing samples to be produced at minimal cost.

  1. 3D printing breaks through the limitations of traditional manufacturing and allows for more flexible production of mechanical parts. Some complex parts that are difficult to manufacture using traditional methods or are extremely costly to produce can be easily manufactured using 3D printing. Furthermore, they are produced in a single step, eliminating the need for additional processing steps.
  2. Rapid prototyping: Compared to traditional time-consuming and costly mold making and machining prototypes, 3D printing can significantly shorten the design and testing cycle (up to one week) and effectively reduce trial and error costs.
  3. Some customers have small batch sizes, but the mold costs may already exceed the value of the goods. In such cases, we recommend that customers use 3D printing, which has no mold costs and is an economical and efficient way to produce customized parts. This is ideal for small batches of customized products.

Some advantages of 3D scanning

Rapid Prototyping

With 3D printing services, you can convert digital models into physical prototypes in a matter of hours to days, accelerating the product development cycle.

Manufacturing Complex Parts

It can produce structures that cannot be achieved by traditional processes (machining, casting), such as internal cavities and integrated assemblies.

Cost Saving

Suitable for manufacturing small batches of parts without the need for molds, and only the amount of raw materials required is used, eliminating waste.

Widely Used

3D printing is used in a wide range of industries, from healthcare to construction to manufacturing, and can produce different components for different industries.
